Dismantling wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6: type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/sub base, surface finished even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any descritption complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel fencing posts/struts including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of any mesh size, type and of any standard, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply of chain link fencing and S&F of FI support and MS round bars shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply only chain link fencing of any mesh size, type and of any standard as approved including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascerted through BOO convened by GE and the payment of item shall be made accordingly.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel Surfaces of any descritpion exc 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debries out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8: type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/sub base, surface finished even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs factory made coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Grey/red/yellow) paver block 80 mm thick coloured , M-35 grade of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately

Relaying factory made coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Grey/red/yellow) paver block 80 mm thick coloured, M-35 grade of any shape and size including taking out complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for sand filling under floors / paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/ bed of drains, benching, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in any discription including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of ser item No 19.00 here in before but except bricks. Note: old serviceable bricks retrieved by dismantling existing brickwork shall be re-used

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius as in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & jointing reinforced concrete pipe, 300 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 150mm bore, set in cement mortar complete and removing the debris from the site complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, laying & jointing reinforced concrete pipe, 150 mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates, to drain pipes for 150mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm dia pipe, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; any type of soil, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soils/excavated materials to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick / stone /concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash compete all as specified and directed.

M &L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates, to drain pipes for 300mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed
