Taking down carefully the old U/S Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, regulators, etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area ie with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete.

M&L for point wiring complete, standard copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in and including suitable concealed PVC conduit medium grade and sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet of required color with screwed and cup washer complete with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm standard copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The Rate is inclusive cutting/chasing and making good distrubed surface with CM 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of distribed area with ODB/colour wash/white wash complete. One light/Fan/Bell Point/Security light controlled by one way switch.

All as per item No 2 above, but one light point controlled by two 2-way switch.

Note :- In existing conduit wiring new conduit will be added if there is a blockage/damage to the existing conduit including bends/elbows/tees/junction boxes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/colour wash/white wash complete.

(b) New conduit of suitable size with connected fitting will be laid if there is a damage/blockage in existing conduit including making good to disturb surfaces with CM 1:3, same surface finished with the adjoining surface of disturbed area and the rates are inclusive of quoted rates.

M&L for sub main wiring using single run PVC FRLS grade insulated unsheathed, multistrand copper conductor cable 4 runs of 10 Sqmm for Phase and neutral and 1 run of 10 sqmm for earth wire drawn through suitable size of PVC concealed conduit and including replacement of unsv pressed steel terminal boxex of in wall as per suitalb/existing dia with fittings like tees, bends junction/terminal boxex etc as per site requirement and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
