Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work in single piece (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade over and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level .

M & L for cement concretetype D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm tk as in subbase.

M&L for chequered cement conc tiles 20 cm X 20 cm X 20 mm thick, set jointed and painted with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tile over & including 20 mm thick screed bed bedding layer of morter in CM (1:6)

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/Aluminium snap grid

M&L for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, with aluminium angle 25mmx25mmx1.5mm fixed to perimeter of wall, Main 'T' runner 38mmx25mmx1.5mm and secondary/cross 'T' runner 25mmx25mmx1.5mm to be interlocked in such a way that the size of grid shall be 605mmx 605mm including 6mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm, 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, icluding romoving and refixing of existing fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE.

S&F 4 mm thick Non Asbestos (E-board) designer tiles (Electra) suitably fixed in false ceiling grid /frame with staples or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any typy any size including precast posts, barbed wire etc.

Supply only chain link fencing, MS galvanised of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain lnk fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed Note : chain link fencing and line wire shall be measured and paid separately as " supply only"

Supply and Fixing in repair Vitreous china urinal, small, coloured, Size 340 x 280 X 470 MM flat back with grating and union for discharge (Excluding flushing cistern flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of 32 mm dia for low level flushing cistern all as specified and as directed.
