Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100metre and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100metre and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris to a distance exc 1 kilometre out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (with out taking off syhutters from the frame) n. exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to and from store etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and removal of debris outside MD land etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain corrugated steel sheeting any gauage thick ness including Nainital and similar pattern, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&Lfor Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates)as in foundation filling and mass concrete,sub base etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/ hardstanding etc finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1,(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of 25 mm thick as in leveling course ,finished surfaces even and rough to receive floor finish, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm to 8mm in vertical surface as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motor 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles vertical surface of size 200 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motor 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite slab on steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms including cutting polishing rounding on edge etc machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finish the surface even and smooth including mixing of WPC, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) considering of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails and bottom rail on side and on gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC shutter to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stile, rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gether with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A-complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses,frame work,grills etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type (The max. size of mesh does not exc 100mm x 100mm and dia of wire n.exc 3.15mm.) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any standards,rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1.25mm thick Rolling shutterSteel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint .

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.
