Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work of concrete to foundations, footings, bases of column, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter, for flat rough concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 in hand rails, half rounded or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI chain link fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm made of 4mm dia GI wire hot dip galvanised having zinc coating 260 to 280 GSM conforming to IS:2721-2003 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, staining bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over for strengthening of the chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide/zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of 6mtr wide gate complete all as specified and as per shown on drawing No. CE/ALD/TD/55
