REPAIR/MAINT OF ROOF, FALSE CEILING and OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT SUBATHU UNDER GE KASAULI

Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling of old unserviceable sheet from any location and Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws of length not less than 50mm, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Dismantling of old unserviceable sheet from any location and Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) etc fixed with self tapping screws of length not less than 50mm, complete all as specified. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Dismantling of old unserviceable sheet from any location and refixing in same or other location as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with new self tapping screws of length not less than 50mm, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing,ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified.

Demolition/dismantling in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates,kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.
