Demolition of cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including padding concrete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate average thikness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab , projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on roof slab / fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at an height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster / HMHDPE matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softining point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N / Sqcm, side lap & end lap 10cm, with trch application of membrane, over compatible primer @0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @0.10 Kg/sqm finished complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores 15mm bore all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores 20mm bore all as specified and directed

GI tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floor/ wall/ ceiling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floor/ wall/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers, hoisted and fixed in position with proper inlet and outlet connections including brass float valve 20mm bore all as specified and as directed

Dismantling PVC water tank exceeding 1000 ltrs capacity from existing position all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers, hoisted and fixed in position with proper inlet and outlet connections including brass float valve 20mm bore all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauges, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet as in ridge of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.
