Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade. Old work( one or more coats) applied @ 2.20Kg/10sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Letres/10sqm completed including cost of priming coat.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. a) Old work (one or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade New works (three or more coats)

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for hold fasts embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cm with cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) painting two coats of approved wood preservation to sides of chowkhats and making food the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within 50 metres lead I/Door Chowkhats

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butthinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding Panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direcstion of engineer in charge Ist. class kailwood 35mm thick

Renewing glass panes with putty and Nails wherever necessary float glass panes of thickness 5.5mm

Lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.
