CEMENT CONCRETE - M7.5  (1:4:8) (Using 40mm HBG) gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying,nsolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete multiplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by Manual means

Vibrated Cement Concrete of grade M15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths Hire charges for Tools and plants and incidental charges etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for drain Side Walls

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for DECK SLAB

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
