RequiredProforma of Affidavit for Non-Black Listing should be furnished on Rs.100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper attested by Notary (FORM-H)

RequiredERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training certificate for CPWD contractor or undertaking for Non CPWD Contractor.

RequiredCopy of elect. License or an undertaking stating that, I/We will obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work
RequiredIf the bidder is a firm in partnership, a certified copy of the power of attorney should accompany the bid.
RequiredIf the bidder is a limited company or a corporation, a copy of the power of attorney. The bidder should also furnish a copy of the Memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a Public Notary
RequiredCPWD Form 7 duly signed by the bidder.
RequiredEnlistment order in appropriate class of B and R category in CPWD for CPWD contractor only.
