OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR MANNING and OPERATION OF 750KLD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT MAP A-2 SITE SINHAGAD ENCLAVE AT BRICHGUNJ MIL STATION UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ

Tenderer's attention is invited to the following stipulations. (a) Tenderer shall quote not less than the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government / Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer's towards EPF, Contribution to ESIC, Bonus and contribution of LWC under respective items of BOQ. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any items, the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid. (b) The contractor shall pay the workmen not less than the minimum wages (higher rate as applicable) and submit the proof of payment with aadhaar linked bank account details of the workmen employed. (c) The actual amount paid towards employer's contribution towards EPF, contribution towards ESIC and Bonus shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic support of proof of payment. (d) Rates with Nil or Zero consideration or minus percentage of over head and profit shall be considered non bonafide.

Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capaciy 750 m3 / day (750KLD) installed at MAP A-II Site for 2 shifts of 8 hours each per day by employing One FGM and Two helpers in each shift including Sundays & holidays all as given below. Contractor shall arrange proper uniform, all requisite tools for the relevant trade to perform the duty and to provide necessary industrial safety measures like boots, jackets, safety belts, gloves, head gear etc as specified and approved by the Engr-in-Charge. 1st shift (from 0400 Hrs to 1200 Hrs)-One FGM and two Helpers 2nd shift (from 1200 Hrs to 2000 Hrs)- One FGM and two Helpers

Basic rate (Note: Tenderer shall quote not less than the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government / Local body, whichever is higher)

Employer contribution towards EPF (Note: Tenderer shall quote not less than the applicable contribution as notified by Government of India depending on wages and establishment)

Employer contribution towards ESIC (Note: Tenderer shall quote not less than the applicable contribution as notified by Government of India depending on wages and establishment)

Bonus (Note: Tenderer shall quote not less than the applicable amount to be paid as notified by Government of India depending on wages and establishment)

Overheads and profit ( in Rs. )

LWC (Note: Tenderer shall quote not less than amount at par with applicable percentage as notified by Government of India depending on works and establishment)

GST and all other taxes including Cess, levies, Misc etc Note: (i)The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST and misc expenses mentioned in para (ii) below. (ii)The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all miscelloneous expenses such as uniform, protective clothing, shoes, Hat, Torch, consumables to up keep and maintatin the installation, tools and plants, transportation of workmen to work site as well as on work site etc.

The contractor shall note the following for strict compliance and ensure during the entire currency of contract and shall be considered for quoting of rates. (i): 16 Hours will be considered as one day and 8 hours will be treated as one shift. Number of shift for operation and timings of shift will be as specified at item 2.0 here in before or as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following operations: (i) Preventive maintenance of all equipments by regular oiling, greasing during the period of contract. (ii) Cleaning of installation including clearing of vegetation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc, around the installation compound as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Maintaining the installations provided under this contract as per IE rules / Standard Engineering practice. (iv) Operation of raw sewage pump, air blowers, filter feed pump, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, dosing system,ultra filtration system & control panel for pumping treated water from pump room at MAP A-II site." (v) Removing of material arrested at bar screen.

(vi) Removing of oil floating at surface. (vii) Change over from one pump to another daily on requirement. (viii) Change over from one blower to another daily on requirement. (ix) Cleaning of air filter of blower regularly on requirement basis. (x) Draining of sludge from MBBR reactor once in a month to avoid choking of air grid (xi) Removing of sludge from tube setller depending upon the actual load (xii) Maintaining of logbooks for records of operation of plants. (xiii) Back wash of dual media filter and activate carbon filter weekly . (xiv) Screening of inlet & outlet mesh box of MBBR reactor weekly. (xv) Washing of tube media with low-pressure jet of raw water reqiured (xvi) Draining of burnout lubricant oil and refilling of appropriate lubricant oil in air blower. (xvi) Maintenance and operation of filter press and collection ouput neatly. (xvii) Operation of standby pumps as and when required & 'A' Check Every day, Check coupling & foundation and cleaning as and when required Check Belts, Adjusting or repalcing of belts in case of belt slippage, Check pump and motor coupling and mounting bolts, Records oil pressure, water and oil temperature, Record RPM, Voltage, AMPS and HZ. (xviii) Operating clear water pumps regularly and in consultation with JE & Engr-in-Charge (xix) The contractor shall also ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc are complied.
