M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls, built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required depth not exc 30cm and not exc 150 Sqcm in Superficial area, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning, repairing etc. measured separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair / replacement Vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern of size 580mm x 440mm white with CI ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern including fixing of flush pipe and provision of cement concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair / replacement Vitreous china wash basin, white flat back including waste coupling 32mm size full thread and waste pipe, brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles/slab of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed on walls with clamps including taking up/down old / broken cast iron pipes of any dia from existing lines, fixed to walls with clamps or laid in trenches including necessary excavation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) bend (any radius) with oval access door and jointed with neat cement paste including taking up/down existing old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore cast iron (sand cast) bend (any radius) with oval access door and jointed with neat cement paste including taking up/down existing old one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls after complete removal of existing treatment and making the surface smooth and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes without disconnecting of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
