M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix), 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

Ditto, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffit (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or batter, for rough finished surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for Tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts onforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting new steel surfaces of any description incl preparation, priming with red oxide zinc and two coat synthetic enamel paint, width or girth over 10cm, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cemnet mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L 50mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, (5mm thick with WP compound/liquid as per manufacturer's instruction over 10 mm thick plaster in two layer) on brick work or concrete surfaces on walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and applying Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required, depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc half brick but not exc one brick complete all as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including preparation of new surfaces and matching with existing old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units air conditioner indoor/outdoor of capacity 2.0 TR complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Blue Star/ Carrier/Voltas)
