Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70 – 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing 1st quality pool tiles conforming to IS:15622:2006 (Group Bib) of minimum 8 mm for various tiles of make like HR Johnson or equivalent or better make in all colours, shades design and prints as approved by Engineer in Charge to be fixed over 3 to 4 mm bad of polymer adhesive as per IS:15477 (Ardex, Endura ferrous crete by Manchanda Enterprises, Pidilite make or better or equivalent make) to correct line, level and plan with 2 mm joint between the tile (method in application will be guided by manufacturer specification) and grouted with readymade polymer grout (Bal Endura make or superior or equivalent complete as per directions of Engineer in Charge. (1) Floor and inner wall of main swimming pool with rectangular size tiles 247 x 122 or as approved by Engineer in Charge (a) with light or white shade.

Cleaning and re-grouting of pool tiles of approx. size 247mm x 122mm. The work includes: Raking out of complete damaged grout in the joints of swimming pool tiles and Re-grouting the said joints with readymade polymer grout (Bal Endura make or equivalent. The agency shall completely clean the surface of all pool tiles and ensure that no epoxy marks are left due to the re-grouting work. Also, all previously existing hard water / grout stains shall have to be removed by using softening compound and rubbing with sponge / cloth. (no harsh acids shall be used). The persistent stains / marks shall have to be removed by dry rubbing with hand held rubbing machine fixed with non woven U5 type 100mm dia scrubbing pads. The job shall include removing all loose / deleterious material upto 50 meter lead / out of the swimming pool and washing of pool with soap & water after completion of work. Arrangement for washing i.e. water supply and for removal of wash water by running pump, shall be provided by dept. Complete job as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in position SFRC precast V railing /fence of overall dimension 1000 mm (length) 1035 mm (Height) 50 mm (thickness) manufacture with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process using jointless FRP moulds so as to achieve shuttering finish of approved quality and make "KK" or equivalent and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. i/c transportation, loading, unloading as per the design drawing approved by Engineer in Charge.
