REPAIR/ MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM, EXTERNAL LIGHTING IN OTM AND MD ACCN CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (MCTE) MHOW

M&L for Overhauling of terrous pump set complete with motor of capacity 12.5 HP by disconnecting all electrical and water supply connections, dismantling the pump set from site, taking out the pump set from foundation and transporting to civil work shop for repair/ servicing, greasing and lubricating of movable parts, incl repair/ replacement of defective minor parts like nuts, bolts and washers, repair/ replacing coupling, bringing back from work shop and refixing the pump set to original position after overhauling, checking and correcting the alignment of pump with motor, coupling and shaft, connecting up of cable terminals, fixing inlet and outlet water connection, testing to get proper delivery pressure, tightening foundation bolts making good of PCC foundation wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of fire control panel including testing functioning, reponse indicator & hooters and cleaning, replacement of defective spares/ components and other connected items of fire control panel etc. complete all as specified and directed.
