Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

B) Levelling Coat 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying industrial floor tiles of size as mentioned below with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS-4457:2007, flexural strength not less than 38 N/Sqmm and breaking strength not less than 4000N of approved make. Johson's or equivalent and shade as per architectural drawings and as per engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand). Size of tile 300mm × 300mm and 15mm thick colour scheme Ivory/Terracota in combination as per architectural drawings.

Providing of double edge moulding (18mm each) fixed with epoxy adhesiveon edges of granite edge including rubbing and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish complete. Including 5mm thick strip in between.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm (colour scheme as per acrhitectural drawings)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers, Anti-Skid Joint less) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown

Providing and applying of 15mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:6 mix (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including stagging/scaffolding for interior plaster and curing complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. Including all taxes and material required.

Providing and applying of 20mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including stagging/scaffolding for exterior wall and curing complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. Including all taxes and materials required.

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10m from the groung level for every additional height of 3m or part thereof.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. 1 mm average thickness.

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of wire mesh for jointing between columns and AAC block walls in order to avoid cracks between them, fixing of wire mesh with concrete nails incl all fittings complete as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and manufacturing 100 mm POP Cornice on the edges of wall and ceiling Complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess/ less cement over the specified cement content used is payable/ recoverable separately. Providing M30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC. (Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter incl. preparing of the surfaces, cleaning/clearing any residue.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work wood/ wood base surfaces.

P/A waterproof cement priming coat over wall putty and pop surfaces of approved brand including cost of all materials leads, lifts and carraiges etc upto site of work complete

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work incl carraige lifts etc all complete

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221-02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multi-cellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.) Wall joint of 100 mm gap
