M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors, plinth protection (finished even and fair) laid in panels including joints filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paverblocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Green Marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5 mm thick, decorative designs with smooth surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 CUM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, including shop coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contd… suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ chipping off cement concrete in any situation etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC at 3% by weight of cement on concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed digital designer, colored ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 mm, 7mm thick, of concept pattern on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, coloured with matt finish, 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15 mm thick cement and sand screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
