Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil of required width and depth for pipes, cables, foundation, trenches, pits and other similar nature of work (bulk excavation) including getting out of the excavated soil and then refilling the same as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated earth outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering & formwork “ slab/walls of Septic Tank and soakage pit”

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of T M T steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry complete.

50mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

Honey Comb brickwork 10/11.4 cm thick with 2nd class common burnt clay bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and filling (hand packed) over burnt brick bats in soakage pit around the honey comb brick masonry including leveling and compacting etc. complete.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design:- With F.P.S. bricks with class designation 75, Inside size 90 x 80cm and 60cm to 75cm deep including fixing Angle iron frame 65x65x6mm with hold fast and covered with precast RCC Manhole cover 1:2:4 of required size including cost of reinforcement as required.
