Rodent control by eradication of ants and Rats by any or all of the following methods : - 1. Trapping 2. Fumigations of borrow pits with approved chemicals 3. Baiting with poison. NOTE : 1. The period of contract shall be (2) Two year. 2. Care shall be taken to see that pets and human beings or not effected on account of above 3. Inspection & treatment has to be carried out as many times as necessary for complete of rodents 4. The period of treatment shall be every months. 5. The quoted rate is per quarter for the premises to be covered for rodent control : ( After three months treatment measure for 1 Ecah for payment) 6.The works to be carride out differenet locations under LGR Maintenance Unit. i.e Zerlina, Purnima ( Malbar Hill ), Kenilworth ( Peddar Road ), Anand Bhavan At Bhulabhai Desai Road, Atomica ( Worli ), Mistry Nagar ( Shivaji Park ) & Bandra DAE Qtrs.

a) Zerlina Bldg - Complete surrounding with inside garden area -- plot area 7700 Sq.M

b) Purnima Bldg. - complete premises including mezzanine floor service line shaft area plot area -- 3500 Sq.m

c) Kenilworth Bldg. at Peddar Road complete premises---- plot area 3660 Sq.M

d) Anand Bhavan Main Bldg. Annex I, II, III, IV inside premises, complete compound & surrounding area plot area 11000 Sq.m

e) Atomica Building - Complete inside premises plot area --- 2700 Sq.m

f) Bandra B & C Bldgs. - Complete inside premises - plot area -- 2040 Sqm

g) Mistry Nagar Bldgs. 2 & 3 - Complete premises plot area 1800 Sqm

Providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under all round walls, floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, wooden surfaces, junction of walls & floors, beams, columns etc, complete with using chlorophyriphos 50 E C or approved equivalent termiticide emulsion with proportion 1 part chemical and 19 part water or as per the manufacturer's specification and also the injecting chemical formulations should be as per I.S 6313 part III 1971 specification and as approved by the insecticide Regulation Act, including drilling holes 12 mm dia 300 mm centre to centre or as close as possible and sealing the same hole after injection of the chemical emulsion with cement mortar 1:3 (1 part cement : 3 part cement) without causing any damage to the house hold & office materials like wooden furniture electric fittings and any other materials including spraying to the entire affected area with the same chemical formulation etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. The inspection and anti-termite treatment shall be carried out in the affected premises for as many times as necessary for complete extermination of white ants. 2. Care should be taken by contractor to ensure that pets & human beings are not affected on account of the above statement. 3. After satisfactory completion of anti-termite treatment the payment shall be made to contractor for the actual quantum of work done. 4. Appointment from the allottee to be taken before starting the treatment and the number of flats should be intimated for which appointment for the particular date is taken. Note : Premises where ants treatment has been carried out shall be inspected min. four time on completion of work.Mode of Measuremant : Quarterly payment will be made after successful completion of their job at our interval of 3 months.

a) Dispensary ground floor area about 200 Sq.M at Anand Bhavan

b) Pathology ground & 1" floor area about 400 Sq. M. at Anand Bhavan

c) Residential flat up to approx. area 75 Sq.m.

d) Residential flat up to approx. area 125 Sq.m.

e) Residential flat up to approx. area 175 Sq.m.

f) Residential flat up to approx. area 230 Sq.m.

Providing pest control treatment by supplying and applying with spray/colourless bayer gel as per I. S. specification and as approved by insecticide regulation act for eradication of crawling (cockroaches, Bed burgs) and flying insects inside the flat every 4 months including the cost of insecticide equivalent spray accessories, labour etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - charge. NOTE : - 1) Care should be taken to see that pets and human beings are not affected on account of the above treatment. 2) Period of contract : 24 months 3) No payment will be made if the treatment is found unsuccessful the decision of the Engineer - in - charge in this regard shall be final & binding on the contractor. 4) Pest control treatment shall be carrird out Every 4 Months. 5) In Kitchen area entire gel treatment shall be similar to intilized pest control treatment carried out by Godrej Hi Care (or) equivalent agency. 6. Gel manufacture by Bayer cropsuence AG, VSA (Brand name Manforce FL ( professional insect control roach killer gel) having active ingradient Fippronil-0.01% and other ingradient - 99.99% shallbe used.

Zerlina

i) Type Flat V-E-II, Zerlina including Servant quarters .

ii) Staff Quarters at ground floor.

iii) Common area such as garbage chute room, Lift landing, staircase, stilt area basement etc.

Purnima

i) Type Flat V-E-I, Purnima including Servant quarters .

ii) Staff Quarters at ground floor.

iii) Common area such as garbage chute room, Lift landing, staircase, stilt area basement etc.

Supplying and placing gum rat trap of best quality master piece 48 R or equivalent placing at any floors or levels within the office premises/inside of flats for catching the mouse/rats etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Carrying out operations for controlling for cockroaches, by general disinfection & by supplying and spraying chemical insecticide with using K-Othrine EC 15 of M/s Bayer company or other approved equivalent insecticide confirming to relevant I.S specifications by using spraying machines with necessary safety accessories such as mask, hand gloves, goggles etc for eradication and killing of cockroaches in and around rectangular inspection chambers, circular manholes chambers/gully trap chambers/shafts of residential and non-residential buildings, including the cost of spraying machine accessories, labour , chemicals & supervison (Dilution ratio 10ml to 25ml. chemical with 1 Ltr of water or as per instructions of EIC), including lifting of the manholes, inspection chamber cover & putting them on seat properly without damaging , inclusive of removing earth /mud / etc over the cover if any. etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( frequency: twice in a year at intervals of six months)

Carrying out fogging operations for controlling mosquitonuisance by supplying and fogging chemical pesticides of PYRETHRUM or Gokilath-55 of M/s. Sumitom Chem. India Pvt.Ltd. ( min. 50 ml. in 4 ltrs. of diesel ) conforming to relevant I.S. specifications and as approved by insecticide regulation and MCGM etc. using fogging machine with necessary safety accessories such as mask, hand gloves, goggles etc. fore radication and killing of all type of mosquitoes around residential and non-residential buildings, storm water drains, nullahs and open areas including the cost of fogging machine, accessores, labour, chemicals, supervision etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
