Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe PTMT (an Engineering Thermoplastic) grating square (Slit) 150 mm square with a height of 8 mm and weighing not less than 100 gms.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing Non woven Geo textile having thickness of 400 gsm, having minimum tear strength of 250 ASTM D4533, width wise atleast 215 ASTM D4533 having puncture strength of 1550 plus as per ASTM D6241 having elongation at break % of 57 plus as per ASTM D4595 in two layers, made out of long fibres to hold the modules and protect liner including cutting, sizing, head welding and needle punched for high porosity and proper percolation complete

Supplying and fixing of co-polymer/polymer based moduler rainwater harvesting structure of approved make comprising of modules honey comb design/matrix made up of recycled poly propylene capable of taking light vehicular movement upto 30 tonnes/sqm with adequate backfilling (which shall be paid separately). The brand of moduler rain water harvesting structure should confirm to CPWD rain water harvesting manual, specification and brand to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge in complete accordance to the design and drawings of the manufacturer.

Supplying and fixing Central ground water board (CGWB)/Green rating for integrated habitate assessment (GRIHA) approved rain water filter or equivalent with minimum 700 mm dia with 110 to 150 mm dia inlet and outlet to accommodate rain water having desalting suspended solid catcher made out of FRP with stainless steel 304 grade strainers having stainless steel bucket of 600 micron capable of eliminating finer particulate matter upto 160 micron filtration made of stainless steel net with long fibre foam of 25 mm thickness, filtration capacity 20-40 kilolitres per hour complete in accordance to the manufactures design, drawing and specification and complete and the make to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The total depth of filter shall be of minimum 1000mm.

Supply & Fixing HDPE liner of approved brand of 1.2mm thick for the collection of water including heat welding onsite and offsite as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing FRP based access chambers of minimum, size of 500x 500x 500 mm complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.02 HP/0.75 KW Single Phase Monobloc Pump Set with Suc. x Del. : 25 mm x 25 mm having a discharge of 1.5 lps at a head of 23.0 (Make: Kirloskar, Model : KDS-134+ 1.02 HP NORYL MS, Code : D11010101320 or equivalent) with 25mm brass foot valve including wiring for power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required (10m length) with Piano type switch and socket combined with box, 15/16 Amps including connection etc as per the direction of E-in-C.
