AMC of 02 nos lifts installed at jawan barrack for one year at 36 Bn BSF under DIG HQ FHQ BSF New Delhi

Annual maintenance contract for a period of one year of following capacity Elevators (lifts) of TK Elevator India Private Limited. During the AMC period firm/ contractor will provide trained and qualified employees to provide routine maintenance, examination and lubrication service according to the thyssenkrupp elevator maintenance system for purchaser's equipment, 12 times a year and will furnish the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials including the replacement of hydraulic fluid and machine gear oil. Firm will annually test all safety devices in accordance with relevant safety standards with the exception of full load testing. Throughout the duration of this agreement, firm shall repair of replacement of printed circuit boards and sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, bearings, coils, brake shoes, liners, contactors, contacts, relays, push buttons, indicators, controller chocks, magnets and magnetic switches, door operator motor, door operator VVVF drive car door safety device, limit switches, governor, interlocks on hoist way doors and other minor mechanical parts shall be included as required at free of cost.
