Operation and Maintenance of Street Light and High Mast Light (With All Materials)at Various Industrial Area Under Sub Unit Office Sirohi, Distt. Sirohi, Unit-Abu Road.

A complete job for operation and maintenance of existing street lights system (all type of LEDs or Sodium fixtures 70 or 150 watts or Tube light fixtures) including all required materials with armoured or unarmoured cable at Industrial Areas as above under the jurisdiction of this unit office. The work is to be executed on the following terms and conditions - (a) The work includes timely ON or OFF of street lights, replacing of spare parts, wiring, cable, street light fixtures as and when required. (b) The work also includes removal of all type of faults in panels and fuse boxes etc. complete connections so as to keep the street light network in working condition. (c) The work includes the cost of labours or electricians etc. and all the materials or spare part of category-I required for the purpose such as bulbs, chokes, wiring, armoured or unarmoured cable, PVC or XLPE insulated and PVC sheated cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor etc. confirming to latest IS code and any other material required for removal of faults in panels and fuse boxes and connection purposes etc. (d) The work also includes the excavation of trench for laying of underground cable including taking out bricks etc. and laying the same in original condition i.e. filling or refilling or levelling of ground etc. complete in all respect as required for fault or renewal or repairing purpose with all labour or material or required T and P etc. (e) The work also includes the laying of overhead bunch cable on existing cable or tubular poles including making connection with required material or labour and T and P. Complete in all respect. (f) No material of any kind will be supplied by the corporation. All cost of any kind such as labours or materials with T and P etc. shall be borne by the contractor himself. (g) If existing street light fixtures replaced by new LEDs than existing points will be reduced in the bill. (h) Rate given by the contractor may be treated that site has already been visited by the contractor before quoating the rates. (i) It should be ensured by the contractor that working team is fully expert for electrical works. If any accident happens during work , its complete responsibility of contractor . (j) Any faulted street light point should be repaired with in two days maximum otherwise Rs 20 per point per day may be deducted from the bill and will be repaired by the other agency on the contractors cost. (k) A resister should be maintained by the contractor and shown to engineer in charge as and when required. (l) In the rainy season , if any major faults comes then extra team will be provided by the contractor to repair the system and no extra payment will be made

O& M of all high mast lights including all kind of material existing in various i/a Abu Road. The works includes timely on/off of all hogh mast lights, replacing of all spare parts wiring high mast lights fixtures( including bulbs and balast ect.)...... LED to achieve varios beam angles, system power 80watt 240V.
