Udyam Registration certificate.

The Manufacturer / Bidder should be from Karnataka having GST registration in Karnataka.

The manufacturer / bidder should have been in the field of Business for at least 3 years. Proof to be enclosed.

The manufacturer / Bidder should Give 1year warranty of supplied material Undertaking Certificate to be enclosed.

Membrane and Light Sample submitted acknowledgement copy to be enclosed. (Membrane and Light Sample to be submitted before 01.00PM of 31st March 2026 to concerned department).

Provide duly certified copies of Income Tax certificate, Statement of Income, Profit and Loss Account Statement & Balance Sheet for the assessment year 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.

Average Annual Turnover certificate of Rs.150.00 Lakshs of the financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24.

Should not have been black listed by any State Government /Central Government or its agencies. Self-declaration on Letterhead to be enclosed.
