Demolition of cement concrete or surkhi filling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof treatment and in sunken treatment etc and removing debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC Tanks, chimneys etc and removing debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles etc and removing debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of building debris (concrete, masonry etc) obatained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance of 5km from the starting point and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding concerte of average 50 mm thick finished fair and even. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC is still green and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for External plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers, 5mm thick mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturers instruction over 10 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, roof parapets at any height including neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note:- (WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item)

Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying oil based bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm, tearing tensile strength of 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch, Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cement concrete tiles 20-30cm X 20-30 cm X 20mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat grey cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous Aluminium paint over the surface of APP water proofing membrane @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type (1:2:4) B-0 (using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate) in haunching /coving concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick mixed with WPC as in beds/ floor / sub base of sunken portions with smooth finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M&L for cleaning of surface thoroughly from dust and dirt by wire brushing and applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer and over that laying water proofing treatment of APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3mm thick and 3 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster nonwooven fabric weight not less than 150 gm/sqm laid by forced application in sunken portion all as specified and as directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repairs 40mm High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 as in spouts in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan "Orissa Pattern", size 580x440mm, white with integral foot rests including 'P' or 'S' traps in repairs including connections to trap with insertion of PVC (SWR) pipes of required length as per site requirements and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc, including making good to floor finish, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 10 lts PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets High or low level fluslhing cistern (exclusive of brackets), and connections to pipes including long bends complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan with trap (pedestal pattern), white including connections to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. with insertion of PVC (SWR) pipes of required length, along with P-trap or S-trap as per site requirements and including, flush pipe, toilet , seat & cover and making good to floor finish, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Joint free non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM (1:6) 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside and hoisting of PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrs including cleaning and removing all scale & dirt, etc from tanks, reconnecting with necessary GI fittings as per site requirements and re- fixing in same position and also writting date of cleaning and due date of cleaning using enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding , any type , any location/height( roof, parapet walls near pipes etc) and spraying the affected area with solution of 25ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 litre of water or as per manufacturer's instructions after removing roots from wall, slabs for preventing the regrowing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of the disturbed portion 150X150X150mm) complete all as specified and as directed.
