Returning, filling in surplus spoil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of Sand 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : Punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for Burnt bricks locally available, sub class 'B', laid flat for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex / KEI Industries Pvt Ltd / Polycab / Gloster / Universal Cables. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, streaching and binding GI earth wire 4 mm dia on existing OH line, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 400 Amp MCCB 35 KA 4 pole for incoming and 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars 200 Amp for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be duly powder coated. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate, front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron pedastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 46 above but cable of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and directed.
