Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm., Measured at a height of 1 m. above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m. Outside the periphery of area cleared

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. sqm 25.15 D.S.R. 13.91

M 150 class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and Coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (including racking & washing surface)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. D.S.R. 13.80

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm over the including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm.

Fabrication Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete D.S.R Item No 10.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Morth Specification 4.10

Providing and laying of I Shaped mechanically interlockng Cement Concrete Interlocking blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern

Supply and filling of carted earth from a distance not exceeding 7 KM from the site of work and including cost of earth and all materials, labour T & P etc. Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50mtr. in depth and earth work in embankment & subgrade and earthen shoulders to be in 20cm Layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead.
