Pump Type 2. Number of Stages 3. Total Head and Discharge 4. Type of Duty, Frequency and Number of Phases 5. Rated Output in KW/HP and Rated Voltage. 6. Speed in RPM at rated output 7. The Manufacturers name and Trade mark The pump and motor shall be coupled through a steel coupling. The pumping unit shall be provided with allied accessories/attachment viz M.S strengthening clamp. The job includes P/F of GL. Nipples 2" long having one side threaded and the other side fitted with 18 mm thick M.S Flange The job includes providing and fitting of Delivery bend of suitable size as per requirement duly flanged on both sides with 18mm thick flange. Note: The performance chart is to be provided with the pump along with material of construction. Test certificate of Manufacturers to be appended.

Providing and fitting of Column pipe to 12000GPH capacity Submersible pumping equipment. Fabricated out of 100 mm Dia (B-Class) Gl pipe. The length of each column pipe shall be 3meters approximately and the two ends of the pipe shall be fitted with the MS flanges having suitable cut openings for accommodation of submersible cable for its safety. The flanges shallbe supported with MS cleats welded to pipe to strengthen the flanged joints. The specification of flange shall be as under- Outer dia of flange: 210mm Inner dia of flange: 100 mm Bolting: M16 Thickness of flange: 18 mm 3. PCD of flange :170mm The job includes providing of all fitting materials such as nuts, bolts, washers etc. All tools tackles, consumables and equipments necessary for executing the job are to be arranged by the firm. The cost shall include transportation for mobilizing of the equipments/ machinery, and means of shifting these to site. The entire job is to be carried out with skilled laborers and testing of all fitting and pipes on full load is to be carried out at site.
