Groove Filling : Sealing of exposed 'V' groove with solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structurel adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface leveling mortar having Yield: 0.60 Ltr/kg, Confirms to ASTM C 881-78, Type 1, Grade 3, class B+C; compressive strength > 60 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ASTM C 881; bond strength > 11 N/mm2 (7days) according to ASTM C 882 suitable for application to pre prepared RCC groove i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness including cleaning, cost of material & labour and all scaffolding, equipment, tools & tackles i/c all lead & lift of all materials etc complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. Patch Repair : - Sealing of cracks/ cavities/ honey comb in glacis,bucket area with epoxy based solvent free, three-component moisture insensitive mortar developed to meet special requirement of concrete repair particularly in damp, wet condition having excellent adhesion to cement substrate even under salt water and cures without shrinkage, non-sag up to 20 mm thickness tested according to ASTM, C - 881 M-02, Type l, Grade 3, class B+C, mixed density 2.1 kg/ liter at 270C, Compressive strength 50 N/mm2, Bond strength on moist concrete 4 N/mm2 (Concrete Failure) i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operation required for maintaining cleanliness of working area i/c cost of all materials and labour and all scaffolding etc. with all lead & lift of all materials & equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Grouting Packers Placement & Removal : - Drilling and fixing injection packers in RCC members including, drilling 14 mm Ø holes in structural members at the intervals as per site conditions, clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, insert 12 mm dia., minimum 75-100 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with moisture insensitive epoxy resin based putty grouting, the packers approved material using suitable grouting pump under 3 - 5 Kg/cm2 pressure as per site requirement & cutting the packers by mechanical means after completion of grouting work without damaging structural elements i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operation of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness including cost of material and labour and all scaffolding, equipment, tools & tackles i/c all lead & lift of all materials & equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting :- Supply & application of two part, low viscosity,moisture insensitive epoxy resin based injection grout. The product should be suitable to seal damp, wet and submerged cracks; having mixed density of ῀1.1kg/litre, Compressive strength of>40 N/mm2 at 1 Day & >75 N/mm2 at 14 Days, 30 Deg C as per ASTM C - 579, Tensile strength of >40N/mm2 at 14 Days as per ISO 527, Bond Strength of >10 N/mm2 (failure in concrete) according to ASTM C - 882 i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness i/c cost of all materials and labour, transportation, scaffolding, equipment, tools & tackles i/c all lead & lift of all materials & equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling: Chiseling thoroughly damaged R.C.C. member of teeth & cleaning by sand blasting & washing the surface using air/water pressure jet, making the surface dry, i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness i/c cost of all materials, & labour and equipment, scaffoding with all lead & lift of all materials & equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Repair of concrete :- Providing and applying 20mm to 100mm VHS a non-shrink, cementitious precision grout powered by ViscoCrete technology and designed to achieve high early strength and exceptional ultimate strengths at a fluid consistency. The grout should be non metallic and contains no chlorides, comply with ASTM C-1107. The grout should have following physical properties: Compressive Strength at ambient temperature of +300C according to ASTM 1107 in 1 day ῀ 40 N/mm2, in 3 days ῀ 60 N/mm2, in 7 days ῀ 70 N/mm2, and in 28 days῀ 85 N/mm2; Flexural Strength at ambient temperature of +300C according to ASTM C 293 in 7 days ῀ 10 N/mm² and in 28 days ῀12N/mm²; Bond strength should be minimum 10N/mm2 at water: powder ratio 0.12 at 0.025 mm slip at 28 days; E-Modulus ῀ 37000 N/mm2. Adding of 6mm aggregates will be permitted in the proportion of grout: aggregates = 2:1 (by weight) only as per manufacturers recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing,pouring, cost of tools, and equipment i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness and all lead & lift of materials, and all equipment & scaffolding, transportiation etc., to carry out the complete work, complete with all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Bond coat :- Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by sand blasting/air blower /shoft brushes/ chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and as per directions of Engineer-in charge with consumption of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should comply with ASTM C-881, Type -II, Grade 2, Class B+C and Bond strength should be 10 MPa i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness i/c cost of all materials & labour & equipment and all scaffolding with all lead & lift of all materials and equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Top coat :- UV Resistant top coat :- Provision & application of waterborne modified Polyurethane dispersion based, an ultra violet resistant, food grade (USFDA 175.300) based surface coating, shall have a specified mixed density of ῀1.3kg/liter 27 degree C. Solid content of ῀57% by weight, viscosity 2230cps, elongation at break>100% as per (ISO 527-3), Tensile strength῀1.5 MPa as per (ISO 527-3),Tensile adhesion strength > 1.5 MPa (Concrete) (according to EN 1542), water vapour transimission ῀ 32 g/sqm/24h(ASTM E 96 : 2000), layer thickness DFT῀100-110 micron (Two coat) having coverage of ῀ 0.15 kg/sqm per coat in 2 coats applied either by spray or roller or as recommended by the manufacturer and chemical action; weather proof i/c dewatering and pumping of working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness and i/c cost of all materials and labour & equipment, all scaffolding with all lead & lift of all materials and equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing:- Raking out the horizontal and vertical joints of R R masonry in the outer face of the wall to remove all the loose and hard pointing using hand grinding machine with diamond wheel, chipper (manual/and or mchanical means) at a depth of 2 times width providing and filling the pointing mortar in the horizontal and vertical joints of R R masonry in outer surface of the walls to a depth of 2 times width by applying a priming coat with epoxy bonding agent inside the joints with a brush and filling properly these joints with " dual shrinkage controlled - non shrink, fibre reinforced, UV resistant, thixotropic polymer modified cementitious, high performance cementitious repair mortar.The minimum desired porperties of the polymer modified mortar material are enlisted below: i) Compressive strength> 50N/mm2 in 28 days as per ASTM C-109,70mmCube ii) Flexural strength of min 9 N/mm2 in 28 days as per EN 196 -1 iii) Bond strength > 10 N/mm2 as per ASTM C-882 V)Bond strength with fresh cement mortar with primer at interface > 1.5N/mm2 vi) Bond strength with rock with primer at interface > 1.5 N/mm2 vii) Modulus of Elasticity (x105)> 3kg/cm2 viii) Water absorption less than 2% ix) Abrasion resistance:0.42 to 0.44 gm/cm2 x) Rapid chloride permeability <1800 columbs xi) Permeability (k) : <10-12 m/s xii)UV resistant: Certification by ARAI xiii) Non Toxic: Certification by NTC xiv) Porosity: <1% i/c cost of all materials and labour and equipment, all scaffolding with all lead & lift of all materials & equipment etc. complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .
