Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and mannure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) (For two years)

Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bassia latifolia (Mahua) of height 90-105 cm. In big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Nauclea cadamba (Kadam) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Cyprus Golden Conical Shape 150 to 165 cm ht., with fresh and healthy Golden colour foliage in 35cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Euphorbia milli hybrid variety with multi branch, full bloom, with fresh and healthy well developed having 30 to 45 cm ht. In 35 cm Cement Pots as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus Long Island topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 5 to 6 ball specific size and shape 120 to 150 cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and wartering of plants through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Seasonal plants for summer and winter seasonat site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) Trees Plant

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
