Surface exacavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft /loose soil including cutting to required all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes pier holes, under ground cable/pole fondation/ water supply pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick first quality Vitrified ceremic tiles light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

All as per Srl item No 24 above but as in skirting, dados, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat/ rendering of CM(1:4) .

M&L for first quality 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Joint free) (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.
