Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No. 12 here-in-above but except brick including cleaning obtained from demolition.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, Type 'A', single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Punched tape concertina coil as per latest IS 6745-1972 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS deep drawn quality with galvanised coating having medium barbs fixed in position and secured to fence posts/straining Y- arm stretched to a length so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height of security fence including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed. Size of Coil: 600mm dia and 2.5mm core wire thick. Type of strip: Heavy galvanised conforming to IS 1730 (1989). Type of core wire: Heavy galvanised conforming to IS 280-2006. Returning, filling in, any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out in any type of soil (the excavated soil) and disposal of surplus excavated soil, within a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipe, 150mm dia, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid & separately as supply only)

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, (nominal mix) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, benching, kerb, benching, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole covers set in cement mortar 1:6, including necessary formwork and moulds, complete all as specified and as directed.

MS TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 51 here-in-before but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm

Cutting into existing manholes for 150mm dia pipe, connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as require complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part -II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 6, 05,996.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
