Carrying out Initial Lateral Load Test on vertical (Initial/test) piles up to maxmimum test load of 2.0 times the safe lateral load capacity on single pile (800 mm dia) as specified in accordance with IS 2911 part-4 including all necessary arrangements such as jacks, measuring devices, etc. complete as required. (For this test if adjoining piles is used for drawing support for test then the arrangements shall be made to record deflection, submission of test report etc. of both the piles. However, testing both these piles will be considered as one test only. Providing and installing test piles measured separately)

Conducting Routine Load Test (Compression) on single working pile (800 mm dia) up to maxmimum test load of one and a half times the safe load capacity as specified in accordance with IS 2911 part-4 including the preparation of pilehead for testing, necessary excavation, providing all arrangements of loading and unloading in the form of kentledge or anchore piles, test equipments/accessories, jacks, labours, recording of results, submission of test report etc. but excluding the cost of job pile complete as per the specification, drawing and as directed in charge for the following

Carrying out Lateral Load Test on single working pile (800 mm dia) up to maxmimum test load of one and half times the safe load capacity as specified in accordance with IS 2911 part-4 including all necessary arrangements such as jacks, measuring devices, submission of test report etc. complete as required. (For this test two working piles will be considered as test piles. Arrangements shall be made to record deflection, etc. of both the piles. However, testing both these piles will be considered as one test only.

For Tension/Uplift test (Pull Out ) on vertical (initial/test) piles (800 mm dia) as per IS 2911 part-4 up to maxmimum test load of two times the safe load capacity as specified including all necessary arrangements such as jacks, supports, measuring devices, etc. complete as required. Arrangements shall be made to record uplift movement, submission of test report etc.( Providing and installing test piles measured separately

Carrying out low strain pile integrity test on 800 mm diameter pile including all arrangements for test, equipments/accessories, materials, labour, submission of test report etc but excluding the cost of installation of job pile (installation of pile shall be paid seperately as per relevent items)all complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Testing of piles (Initial load test for compression load, lateral load and uplift load) all as per IS 2911 including mobilising and removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed for 400mm dia cast in situ pile. Note : Rate is inclusive for casting of 04 piles for above test. However, boring, concrete and steel shall be measured and paid under respective item all as specified and directed.

Testing of piles (Routine Load test) all as per IS for 400mm dia Cast in situ piles including mobilising and removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed. Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of Cloud-Hosted multiuser web-based software with following modules: (i) Head End System (HES): to acquire meter data automatically from DCUs and monitor parameters acquired from meters. (ii) Meter data management Modules : The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data. (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters - cumulative energy , Power, Current , Voltage, Power factor and frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand. (iii) Billing Module : The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end user. There should be provision for entry of change in the tariff structure by the MES staff as decided time to time. (iv) Occupation and Vacation module: The system would support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. (v) Website: There would be a dedicated website for AGE/GE and BSO team to view all the data and information along with customer portal for use of customer. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES Staff would also have the access to the key information on mobile App (Androi and iOS based) for admin use. (vi) Customer Module : The system would include a customer portal for the resident/occupants to log in and view their own energy/billing data and recharge facility. There shall be consumer App (Android and iOS based) also to log in and view their own energy/billing data and recharge facility.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DCUs/Gateways and the arrangement of Sim cards or Internet to enable reliable medium for two-way communication between Smart Meter & HES. The data acquisition (Push/Pull) frequency shall be configurable. It shall push events such as tamper, power off etc. to HES immediately on occurrence/receipt from meters. It shall have provision for the cellular, WiFi and Ethernet communication for the backhaul to HES. It shall be capable to handle data of minimum 1000 Nos. of any type of smart meter(1ph/3ph). It shall be able to communicate with the nearest meters at a distance of at least 500 m, depending on topographical features. DG SET: Supply and install Static silent Diesel Engine with accoustic enclosure, capable of delivering 24 Kw (30 KVA), water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) , frequency 50 Hz, at power factor 0.80 minimum. The DG set shall consists of a diesel engine coupled to a matching the alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on a common based frame and complete with control panel standardized by the manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and with standard fuel pipes for inlet, outlet and return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe, silencer and asbestos rope protection completye and shall be suitable for conditions prevailed at Kochi.(Designed capacity of Diesel engine and alternator shall be worked out by considering all derating factors prevailed at the area to be installed). The foundation of Gen Set shall be as specified by the manufacturer and shall be mounted on a suitable Channel frame structure with anti-vibration pads and including all technical features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- (i) DIESEL ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, six cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS5514, water cooled, natuarally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 24Kw(30 KVA) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at palluruthy,kochi (Considering all derating factors prevailed in the area). Batteries 12/24 Volts and desired ampere hours (as per manufacturers recommendations), electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings and fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tacho meter, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters. The engine shall have self starter, dynamo, FIP, oil pump, fuel electric control panel with mechanical governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc. , recommented capacity of fuel tank and first filling of fuel and lub oil and other consumables etc

The enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB at a distance of 1 mtr at 75% load under field condition and 70DB at 3 M from Gen Set when DG set is working at full load along with testing performance, labeling certification etc. as laid down in GSR No. 371(E) dt 17 May 2002. (i) Foundation/Plinth/Base shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.50 M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.50 M. (ii) Standard Diesel Engine tank of adequate capacity for running the Gen Set continuously for 12 hours including standard pvc pipes from tank to FIP, overflow pipe from FIP to tank. LIFT:- Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of Electrically Operated Passenger Lift of Capacity 544 KGs, 08 Passangers 02 Nos by employing qualified operator in two shifts (one operator in each shift ie, two shifts in a day to operate, rescue in case of failure/emergency) including Sundays and Holidays, including cleaning and upkeeping of equipments nad sorroundings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. For First year (11 Months commencing from the next day of date of completion of work).

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 15.73 & 15.74:- (i) One qualified lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs as mentioned shall be deployed including sundays and holidays (with necessary reliever) according to duty roaster to be submitted by contractor before commencement of month. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of wages of reliever. (ii) The contractor shall employ lift operator having recognised qualification with adequate experience in similar nature of work.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 15.76 to 15.78:- (i) Comprehensive maintenance of lifts shall start from after expiry of defect liability period. (ii) Consumble items, cabin LED lamp of existing rating, minor spares costing less than Rs. 2000.00 each etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iii) Major spares required for maint of lift shall be measured and separately. (iv) Cleaning of car, shaft well, lift control room, replacement of ground mat, etc shall be included in over all rate quoted. (v) Replacement of all ceiling lights, including replacement of ceiling if required for fixing lights etc as directed by Engr in charge shall be included in the over all rate quoted. (vi) Functioning of all emergency telephone service inside the car and control room including replacement of telephone if required shall be included in the over all rate quoted.
