REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE TO ROOF TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORKS TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Dismantling of old brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leaping, whether full thickness removed or only a part there of, and removing of mud/PCC outside of Defence land as directed

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in cement mortar 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling un-dulationations finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd.

M&L for applying cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement) to brick/concrete wall and roof surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for roof treatment with Polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven Polyester material as reinforcement with following treatments:- (a) Surface preparation by removal of existing treatment of tar felt treatment/PCC/plaster/loose particle to ensure or clean. Smooth and dry surface and preparing surface (b) Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.300 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surfaces. (c) Providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fibre as reinforcement on primed surfaces by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacture instructions. (d) Finishing of top surfaces by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacture instructions. (e) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours

Taking up or down15 mm steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified
