TEST BENCH FOR WATER COOLED AIR COMPRESSOR

Tenderers must give make and model number of the machine offered by them. All the items/materials used in the equipment should be of reputed make and confirming to their respective international standards. Details regarding make and specification etc shall be clearly given in the offer.

Tenderer shall provide complete technical details along with relevant specifications of the items offered by them. Tenderers shall also enclose the necessary leaflets / literature of the machine offered by them along with their quotation for technical evolution of the tender

Service manual & spare parts catalogues: The supplier shall have to supply free of cost minimum two sets of the Operational/Service Manuals with circuit diagrams, Maintenance Instruction, Spare Parts catalogues etc of the machine offered by them.

Tenderer must clarify as to whether his firm is a trading agency or a manufacturer. In case of trader, letter of authorization from their Principal, specific to this tender, must be attached and the manufacturer shall have to comply with this specification.

Performance: The tenderer should have successfully executed supply of such equipment to the Railways/PSU and should provide a list of the supplies. Certificates from the actual users, showing timely delivery, successful commissioning, and satisfactory performance of the machine and prompt & satisfactory after sales-service by the supplier shall be furnished along with the offer.

Point wise compliance to specification and conditions should be submitted along with tender otherwise bid will be ignored.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Commissioning: Before commissioning of material, a joint check/inspection of the material supplied shall be carried out by the supplier or his agent with the consignee at consignee's end during unpacking of material in order to ascertain short shipment or transit damages, if any

Inspection by Third Party Inspection Agency

The supplier shall commission the material at the consignee's site, without any charge, and shall demonstrate the operation and working at its optimum capacity.

Training of Staff: The supplier shall train adequate number of Railway Personnel for safe operation and maintenance of the material during the commissioning, without any additional charge.

Warranty: The material shall be under warranty as per Standard IRS Warranty clause for its satisfactory performance and trouble free operation. The supplier or his agent shall replace the defective equipment which has failed or is proving unsatisfactory in service due to defective design, material or workmanship within the Warranty Period at his own expenses at users? premises.

Spare Parts: The supplier/manufacturer shall be responsible for the availability of Genuine maintenance spares of the material offered by them at genuine rate, to ensure trouble free service for the entire life of the equipment. (Minimum 10 years assurance on supply of genuine spares should be furnished by the tenderer).

Service Conditions: The Material shall work satisfactorily under the tropical weather conditions i.e. at ambient temperature up to 60 DEGREE C with 100% RH and in dusty & corrosive atmosphere.

Annual Maintenance: Firm shall also give their offer, with complete details regarding the terms & conditions etc. for the maintenance of machine offered by them. Railway shall have the option of entering into a Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC), based on their offer, for the maintenance of this machine after the expiry of Warranty Period.

Technical representative of the company or the supplier shall arrive at user?s premises within 08 hours at his own expenses if any issue arises with the machine within the Warranty Period.
