Dismantling fencing wire mesh, chain link fence, etc any type incl cover fillets, nuts & bolts and MS bars and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing, any size or length, from any height and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Each line of wire will be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in rafters, purlins and wind ties wtc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: If the planned MS structure is different from the existing structure, proper measurement of the existing structure to be demolished, shall be recorded in MB duly signed by all.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: If the planned MS structure is different from the existing structure, proper measurement of the existing structure to be demolished, shall be recorded in MB duly signed by all.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC/Fibreglass (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. Incl removal of debsris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and removal of RCC bands and copings over boundary walls, including cutting / dismantling, disposal of debris, stacking of salvageable reinforcement, and cleaning of site, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) for fencing work complete all as per following specifications :- (i) Diameter of concertina coil - 900 mm dia (before stretch) (ii) Number of turns in concertina - 50/51 turns (iii) Weight of each coil - 12.50 KG (iv) Coverage per coil - 8 to 10 m (v) Central core wire - made from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanised (conforming to IS-2629) with diameter 2.59 mm + 0.05 mm, UTS 145-160 kg/sqmm, zinc coating 250-300 grams/sqm (vi) Strip - Electro galvanised steel strip 0.5 mm + 0.02 mm thick, width 19 mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating - 120 gram/sqm and bituminised dipped, width of barbs 11.5 mm, pitch of barbs 25.4 mm+ 0.2 mm contd.......

Item No. 11 (contd....) (vii) Clips - AISI 304-1.5 mm thick 'C' & 'U' clips. 'C' special type for fixing coil and RBT wire, 'U' clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining. (viii) No. of clips - minimum 125 for each coil (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required (NOTE : 1). RBT wire for fixing of concertina coil will be measured and paid seperately. 2). Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply only GI RBT wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, re-securing and making good existing galvanised steel barbed wire, 2 strand, of any description over boundary wall, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed. (Note: - Each line of wire will be measured)

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing conforming to IS : 278, with 2.24 mm dia. barb wire conforming to IS : 280 with zinc coating as per IS : 4826, barbed with 2 mm dia. barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/RCC fencing posts straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and fixing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Each line of wire will be measured)

Supply only chain link fencing made out of galvanised iron wire, any dia or mesh size, made upto into mattress or cages, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Weight of chain link fence shall be verified through a BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bar, 10 mm dia & over, fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel framed work, Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality-B as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering), running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high/multi rib profile having 1000–1020 mm effective width, 28–30 mm high crest at 250–255 mm pitch (centre), manufactured from high tensile galvalume sheets of 550 MPa tensile strength with coating comprising 18–20 micron top coat, 5 micron primer and 8–10 micron alkyld backer zinc-aluminium alloy (AZ-150) with total mass 150 g/m² on both sides, sheets having wide pans with minimum three small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support, fixed as per the existing profile using self-tapping screws, fasteners, and all necessary accessories, including overlaps and supports, complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, type A1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) as in Coping, Band, beams etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for use and waste of formwork for soffits and sides of RCC bands, copings, and similar elements up to 200 mm thick, fair finished surfaces, including fixing, striking, cleaning, and disposal of formwork, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns, hooking Ends and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate), 100 mm thick, as in Sub-base of floors, paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate), 100 mm thick, as in path, hard standing in alternate panels/bays, finishing concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Sand for cushioning level will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for sand cushioning with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness over PCC Sub Base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping, Bed Plates, Holdfast, Bed Block, Kerb Stones including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in position, at or near ground level, factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone blocks, in M-25 grade cement concrete, fixed to the required line, level and curvature, jointed in cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work using Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 08 here-in-before including removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering, 15mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement upto 4 storey height incl necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-fungal properties) [IN CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN] over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make for any building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated rough cast plasted surfaces and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-fungal properties) [IN CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN] over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make over new ROUGH CAST plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and painting of plastered or concrete surfaces of boundary walls, comprising the following operations:- (i) complete removal of old paint/coatings by scraping with metal wire brushes, electric grinder, and suitable tools; removal of algae, lichen, fungi, or other organic growth; washing, sweeping, drying, and electric blowing to remove dust and loose particles; filling of cracks, voids, or minor damages with neat cement paste or cement mortar (1:2) to prepare the surface for painting; (ii) application of one coat of exterior cement primer, mixed and applied as per manufacturer’s instructions using spray machine; and (iii) application of two coats of weatherproof exterior emulsion paint, mixed and tinted as per desired colour shade, applied in camouflage pattern (as per user approved design) using spray machine, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.”
