Item No. 11 (contd....) (vii) Clips - AISI 304-1.5 mm thick 'C' & 'U' clips. 'C' special type for fixing coil and RBT wire, 'U' clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining. M&L for preparation of new undecorated rough cast plasted surfaces and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-fungal properties) [IN CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN] over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make over new ROUGH CAST plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation and painting of plastered or concrete surfaces of boundary walls, comprising the following operations:- (i) complete removal of old paint/coatings by scraping with metal wire brushes, electric grinder, and suitable tools; removal of algae, lichen, fungi, or other organic growth; washing, sweeping, drying, and electric blowing to remove dust and loose particles; filling of cracks, voids, or minor damages with neat cement paste or cement mortar (1:2) to prepare the surface for painting; (ii) application of one coat of exterior cement primer, mixed and applied as per manufacturer’s instructions using spray machine; and (iii) application of two coats of weatherproof exterior emulsion paint, mixed and tinted as per desired colour shade, applied in camouflage pattern (as per user approved design) using spray machine, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.”
