Item Rate BoQ: Supply, fixing and installation of On-Grid Inverter (Hybrid type with battery charger to retrofit with existing battery bank including automatic switching between main grid supply and Solar Power), Complete testing of plant at site for 01 x 100 KWp capacity Solar Power Plant. Installation of Inverter also includes connected accessories like Solar Metering system, Net metering system alongwith suitable AC Armoured Cable and DC Copper Cable for internal connections, complete laying underground, fixing on walls/surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Make : ABB/Consol or MNRE Approved equivalent make. NOTE :- (i) Installation & Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) Maintenance of other connected items including all required accessories, replacement of strip/wire and earthing of complete solar power plant, will be included in the above quoted rates. (iii) Old unserviceable inverter will be issued to the contractor on credit of schedule, refer schedule of credit.

Supply, fixing installation & testing of Battery Bank 2V, 1000 Ah capacity in replacement of old unserviceable Battery Bank of any capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Installation & Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) Old unserviceable Battery Bank will be issued to the contractor on credit of schedule, refer schedule of credit.

Repair & maintenance of AJB/MJB/FJB as per site requirement including connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lump Sum Rate BoQ: AMC for Solar Power Plant : AMC for Solar Power Plant includes the following scopes of work:- (i) Proper maintenance of the plant including the area will be carried out by the contractor during maintenance period on monthly basis. (ii) Provide technical & engineering support for resolving operation and maintenance problems. (iii) Generation of periodic reports regarding various parameters of the functioning of the plant after the visit of the engineer on a monthly basis. (iv) Modules should be cleaned every 15 days to ensure proper power generation. (v) Offer is for Annual Maintenance Contract only. With regard to replacement of faulty components of the plant namely SPV Modules, PCU, Battery, Junction Boxes, Cables etc, these are supported by manufacturing warranty by OEM suppliers and the provision of warranty shall be invoked for getting the warranty support for these components. (vi) Provide all maintenance services necessary and advisable to efficiently operate and maintain the plant, including all associated mechanical and electrical equipment keeping in view the objectives set-forth herein above. (vii) To ensure the services of the individual original equipment manufacturer required to operate and maintain the plant. (viii) To conduct two weeks training for the staff being provided by the user on maintenance and up keep of the Solar Power Plant.
