REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP PUMP MOTORS CHLORONOME PLANT PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS PUMP HOUSES AT AF STN BAMRAULI UNDER GE AF BAMRAULI

Taking out submersible pumping set of capacity 5 to 10 HP, three phase, any type from bore well by disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections including connected items of pump such as column pipes complete for checking, repair/replacement of cable and pump including lowering & reassembling the pump in the existing position by reconnecting after repair/inspection of pump including packing materials, nut bolts, securing of submerssible in column pipe by using insulated wires, cable jointing materials etc, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 here-in- but 15 to 20 HP capacity

All as per item No.1 here-in- but 30 HP to 40 HP capacity

M&L for Repair/overhauling of submersible pump set of capacity 5 to 10 HP by opening/de-asembling the pump including derusting, descaling, servicing, oiling/greasing & including replacement of worn out defective spare parts as GI washer, nuts, bolts, packing and other minor parts not specifically mentioned shall be replaced where required for proper functioning of pump set including re-assembling in the existing position, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly under respective item of sch "A". (ii) Rates for wshers, studs&nuts, nut & bolts and packing materilals and other minor spare parts shall be included in this item.
