Cleaning/clearing of manhole of any description and any size and removing sludge and accumulated solid/semi solids with proper equipment and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line and manhole all as specified and directed. Waste obtained shall be removed to a distance exceeding 250 M away from unit lines and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / clearing of blocked WC / EWC of any type and description including removal of soil, waste and vent pipes by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle, rodding or with gunny bags and clearing the blockage upto 1st manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from traps of WC, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / Clearing of Nahani traps, floor traps and gully traps of any description, any size any depth and removing sludge and accumaulated solid / semi solis with proper equipment and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line, nahani traps and floor traps all as specified and directed. Waste obtained shall be removed to a distance exceeding 250m away from unit lines and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / desludging of existing septic tank of 10 to 50 users and any depth including taking out and removing sludge and accumulated solids / semi solid contents in closed container at a place 250 m away from defence land and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) The cleaning of septic tank shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

Cleaning of existing sewer lines of dia 100 to 200 mm, any depth not exceeding 2.50 m deep by rodding manually or mechanically as required at site including manholes, inspection chamber, testinig after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids / semi solids from connecting manholes / lines, removing the sludge / spoil minimum 250 mtrs away from MOD land and refixing the manhole cover etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protections, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement including necessary joints complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1.:complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/ pathway finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab for manhole /spetic tank and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500 M as directed.

M & L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for Man holes/Septic tank set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally & binding with and in including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in surface channel, drain and manhole including finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonary, stone /boulder masonry, built in any type of cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncourced well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg as bond stones set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping to retaining wall / drains / manholes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone/concrete work in CM 1:4 incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring inclduing making good staples of galvanised steel barbed wire of any description and any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as spd & directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire.etc complete all as spd & directed

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applyingone coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for apply two coat or more coat of distempering with Ist quality acylric distemper ( ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gm / ltr , of approved manufactrur , of required shed and coloured as per manufacturs specification using paint roller techonology complete over a coat of wall care putty and sanding , prepare the surface of wall even & smooth complete all as specified & direceted.

M & L for water proof cement base putty @ 1kg (undulated wall ) per sqm . of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered / old painted wall after scrabing to prepare the surafce even & smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander ( having mechanical vaccum mecanaism ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240, grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour etc complete all as spd & direced

M & L for two coat water based premium aryclic smooth exterior grade amulsion of approved colour with silicon additive and colour stay technology , exceliant drit pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm / ltr as per the leeds specification, anti algal propertities in two coats @ 1.70 ltrs (undulated ) per sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as spd & directed.
