| 1 | A) M&L for painting two coat of Extra High glass polish shine rust resistant premium quality synthetic enamel paint /hammer tone paint with shade as approved by EIC/GE over a coat of primer through spray machine , both internally & externally to the following furniture articles, all are of MES pattern viz F/FD/DB/MAP series or Similar items including removing of dust, dirts,dents etc and removing of existing paint both internally & externally , applying putty to level the surface before primer/painting, all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Almirah/ lockers shall be of dual tone painting). B) M&L for melamine polish with spray machine after removing of existing polish by scrapping and smothening of surface wherever required or as directed by EIC to the following furniture articles all are of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series or Similar items incl applying wax for depressed surface as well as washing with caustic soda wherever required before polishing all as specified and shown on drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. C) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns of GE(East) lko cantt including BSO's Furniture Yard & Barabanki Mil stn as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
(D) MOU for make & manufacturers & applicator as per Sch 'A'. Notes will be provided before quoting of bid. If bidder not uploaded MOU, their bid summarily rejected in T-Bid evaluation.
The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer's viz. Asian Paints Ltd., Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., Berger Paints India Ltd. / Aero Paints Ltd. only. Agreement between contractor, said approved manufacturers of paint/polish and their authorised applicator on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of ₹100/- (Format of MOU shall be provided by the department.) | - | - | - | - |
