Construction of R.W Sub-Division Office at Sukruli for the year 2025-26-Building

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

2.5cm Damp proof course with CC (1:2:4 ) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including cost conveyance and royality of all materials with all taxes and all labour with T&P required for the work & 1% cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) with 40 mm size Hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost,conveyance & royalty of all materials with all taxes & compacting watering curing & all labour with T & P articles required for the work including 1% cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-25 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 250 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.
