Taking down steel ventilators and removal from site including repairs to disturbed surface and matching with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium Ventilators ( Partly openable type) in two panels bottom panel fixed type glazed and top panel includes one fixed Gauged shuter and openable Glazed shutter with aluminium frame section 62.5mm x37mmx 1.50mm thick with shutter having styles and rails of aluminium section 47.62mm x44.45mm x1.50mm thick including jointing cleats, glazing clips,rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws anodized aluminium fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handles etc including 4mm thick froasted glass and 0.36mm thick and width of aperature 1.18mm wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 3.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed aluminium frame work in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each including replacment of necessary rubber packing , glazing clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4.0mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 5.5mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening including easing and adjusting including renewal of unserviceable screws or relocating position of hinges etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but not exceeding 1.00 sqm each

S&F in repair 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cast iron body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair 18/19mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in kitchen cupboards, drawers, shutters, shelves etc including teak wood lipping, 6mm thick on edges fixed with nails etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame/plastered surface with necessary nails as per specifications and drawing lining board complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair 40mm dia, cupboard knos fixed with nut,screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to steel windows by repair or replacement of peg stay, handles including necessary welding required to make it in serviceable state complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs ( to be fixed with screws & welding as required) continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flap ( when open) 30mm complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for catcher such as in cupboards etc to catch & support shutters of best quality all as specified and directed.

S & F hasp and staple, 100mm size, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20 mm dia ‘D’ type 60 cm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F corner glass shelf (25cm x 30cm) with CP brass bracket & railing etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified & directed.
