Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal Openwell Submersible Pump Set, 3 HP capacity, suitable for connection with existing 40 mm dia GI delivery pipe, complete with all necessary accessories, fittings, foundation fasteners, electrical connections, alignment, testing and commissioning, ensuring satisfactory performance under operating conditions, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 2.5 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible cable, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, with multi-stranded copper conductors, 1100 Volt grade, suitable for submersible pump applications, complete with all necessary connections, jointing, termination, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe, medium grade, laid in floors, walls, trenches or fixed on surfaces as required, including all necessary fittings and accessories such as sockets, elbows, tees, unions, reducers, nipples, clamps, cutting, threading, jointing, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earth work such as excavation , returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply and laying 25 mm dia galvanised iron pipe, medium grade, laid in floors, walls, trenches or fixed on surfaces as required, including all necessary fittings and accessories such as sockets, elbows, tees, unions, reducers, nipples, clamps, cutting, threading, jointing, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earth work such as excavation , returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply and fixing 25mm bore Gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting of existing CI / GI pipe line of 20mm to 50mm bore and inserting with and including NEW TEE of appropriate size and taping new connection with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate of supply and fixing of NEW TEE of appropriate size is included in this item.Hence bidder shall be quoted his rates accordingly and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for fabrication, assembling and erection of compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tank of solar system and similar structures, built up from two or more rolled steel beam sections, channel sections, angles and plates, including caps, bases, splices, lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, cleats, brackets, welding, bolting, riveting, cutting, drilling, hoisting, fixing and all other incidental works required for complete execution. The item shall also include preparation of steel surfaces and application of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: 1.The rate quoted for this item shall be deemed to include the cost of preparation of surfaces and application of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 2.Measurement for payment shall be based on the actual weight of structural steel incorporated in the work, calculated from standard sectional weights or actual weights, as applicable. 3.No allowance shall be made towards the weight of primer, paint for the purpose of measurement and payment. Only the net weight of structural steel shall be considered.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, in foundations, bedding, filling and mass concrete for installation of solar collectors, supports for hot water storage tanks, hot water pipelines and associated components, including formwork where required, finishing surfaces and all incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 5000 litres capacity, white colour, cylindrical vertical type, triple-layered , with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position, with and including 20 mm bore high-pressure PTMT ball valve with epoxy-coated aluminium rod and high-density polyethylene float ball, complete with all necessary fittings, connections and accessories, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 10000 litres capacity, white colour, cylindrical vertical type, triple-layered , with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position, with and including 20 mm bore high-pressure PTMT ball valve with epoxy-coated aluminium rod and high-density polyethylene float ball, complete with all necessary fittings, connections and accessories, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
