M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scarpping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces (truss & like structure any type height above GL 15 m of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed.
