SITC of 2(Two) nos LED Signage Board(Router Cutting) with liquid Acrylic letters on ACP Board of 3 mm Thick ( Make - Aludecor/ Alstone) of size 22 ft. x 8 ft or other suitable size to accommodate all the matters / contains as approved by the authority to be made with 50 x50 x 4 mm M.S angle Iron, 18 S.W. G Squrae/ Round Hollow bar , Base plate (10mm Thickness) required for fixing the necessary Nuts , Bolts , Washers , supporting angle Iron , Clamp etc. and ACP Sheet on all sides to be moulded uniformly, Side fabricated by Aluminium 'L' Channel , upon which elevated or box type letter made from imported liquid acrylic will be fixed. The Thickness of Acrylic will be 5 mm (for small letters) , 8mm (for Big letters) and 10 mm (for very big letters). The Back Side of the letters is covered by 3 mm thick ACP (Make- Aludecor/Alstone) or Branded WPC Board. The inside of the letter Supplying and Fixing of best Quality LED Lighting arrangement of fully water proof IP67 ZIg-Zag strip made of Samsung 2385 LED module, 100 Lumen/watt( containing 54 LED per Mt. & 9W/Mt.) or Korean LED Module Made Made Samsung 5630 LED ( 1.2 W per Module) to be Fixed in proper arrangement with necessary inter connection. The electrical parts & Driver should be protected from rain & Dust. The warranty of the LED will be minimum two years. The letters are sealed by exterior grade Silicon. The back side of the Board Covered by 22 S.W.G G.I sheet with Nuts & Bolts. The Signage will be given by the authority( Duly signed by Authority) and also need to approved the sample by the authority.

Necessary Electronic Diver / power supply device to be fixed in the ACP or suitable places

Intensity : Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch

Visibility : upto 250 meters for normal eyes

Carrying Charges of the manufacturing LED board from co.'s work shop to work site.

The complete sign board will be installed in Entrance column by MS structural work in position including clamps, frame work of flats, angle iron, channel with fabrication work including cutting, bending, welding, drilling, bolting etc. as per design of manufacturer and approval of EIC. 1(One) coat of red lead primer and 2(Two) coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade shall be provided after necy. preparation of surface. installation will be done as per manufacturer recommendation and as per direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required 2x6sqmm+1x4sqmm

Supply and delivary of following cables

a.1.1 KV 2core 10 sqmm XLPE /PVC Aluminium armoured cable.

Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing following compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Supply of 4/3.5 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make Polycab / Gloster/KEI]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable (2/4 / 3.5)Core as per GS.

S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level(TATA-Medium)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.(morrum soil)

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 315A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.(Make-LT/Siemens/Havells)
