Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. : a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. : a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Dismantling ceramic floor and wall tiles including stacking material within 50 metres lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 2.00 mm thick Polyvinyle Chloride Sheet on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive like Dunlop S-758 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5.00 Kg all compete as directed by the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. : a) 2mm thick flat.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. : a) 20 mm cement plaster

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. : a) One coat.

Supply of a labour for miscellaneous civil works like uprooting small trees along with the boundary wall and other minor civil works whenever required all complete as per direction of engineer -in - charge (The item included all labour, T&P required for above operation )

Cleaning the aluminium partition/False Ceiling with colin/harpic etc. and cleaning with dry cloth all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Repair of broken Projection /Chajjas by dismantling damaged portion, repair by cement plaster 1:4 (one cement :4 coarse sand )in one or more layerin the interval time all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(Item included labour,material etc, ,scaffolding if required will be paid inseprate item)

Providing and fixing 25 thick mm red stone fixed in walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including finishing with all complete as per direction of E.IN.C

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. : a) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
