PROVISION OF NATURAL STONE FLOORING AT FIRST FLOOR NEW STORES BUILDING ADA HQ COMPLEX.

Electrical Items :

Provision of PVC sheets for covering false ceiling tiles to avoid formation of dust and other cement particles on the false ceiling tiles during the flooring work, chipping & removal (dismantling) of damaged vitrified flooring tiles.

Dismantling of existing Aluminum partition consisting of AL frames, glass, particle board, pivots and hardware and door shutter etc., and Re fixing the dismantled Aluminum partition consisting of AL frame, glass, particle board, gasket, new pivot set and fixing of door shutters including consumables, etc complete all as per ADA instructions.

Surface preparation and chipping/removal of 50 mm thick cement mortar and existing vitrified tiles using chipping machine, including disposal of unserviceable material and debris outside ADA campus.

Providing and laying Polished Kuppam white natural stone (1st quality) flooring & skirting of size 610 x 610 mm, 18-20 mm thickness approximately of required design and patterns, in linear portions of the building all complete as per the drawings, over 50 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry / flexible chemical with pigment of matching shade including curing and spacer etc. all complete as per sample available at ADA.

Providing & rendering OBD of lighter shade on wall /ceiling over a coat of wall primer (wherever required) of approved make, two are more coat to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, roller finish etc. complete all as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification. Providing and rendering of approved shade Synthetic Enamel paint for existing windows grills with two coats to get neat and even finish using roller to match existing matt finish surface incl cleaning and surface preparation etc, complete all as per sample available at ADA & OEM specifications.
