Demolition brick work built in cement mortar of any description Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/ celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in brick walls finished even and fair complete as specified.

M&L for providing plain cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, steps, plinth courses, haunching, benching, kneelers, apex stone bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including necessary formwork to achieve even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description incl gates, fencing, and concertina coil complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling RCC post or strut embeded in concrete any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each n exc 0.5 cum getting , returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around . In layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel angle iron or other stock section posts and struts in fencing, Purlin/Truss including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, welding, notching for wire, incl flat iron fillets (for securing wire meshetc) including all necessary drilling bolting orriveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or secrewed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 5-10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Supply and fixing in repairs only concertina coil razor type of 0.60/0.45Mtr dia in 06 coil in stretch of 1.0m length for fencing work,straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil) for securing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as gates, grills, gratings etc with ends of bar shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes , framed gaurdbars ,barred iron , doors, laddars , framed, baluster walkways railings , and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over n exc 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer including preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply only GI wire mesh of any size of wire or of any type, make upto matress and laid in position with MS flat to steel fencing posts (flat iron will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing/ including line wire as supplied in item No 13 rails straing bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including welding and revating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild Steel round bars(Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality A) 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required in Fencing incl straining and fixing to steel posts complete.

M&L for providing type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Precast RCC fencing posts, straining or teriminal posts, struts, etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc.100 but n.exc. 250 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length ,bent to shape required,including crancking, bending soirally for hooping for cols, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm and over upto 10mm dia cut to length,bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9m dia or securing with clips

Taking down and refixing of chain link fencing any mesh any size.

S & F in repairs of Steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath 1.25mm with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing of steel rolling shutter manual type/ gear type area exc 4 sqm and n exc 8 sqm in same position including greasing, change of ball bearing, repair of locks, two coat of painting on both sides and any other minor denting etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing of collapsible gate area exc 4 sqm and n exc 8 sqm in same position including greasing, change of rollers, repair of handles, painting etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6, hand packed tightly complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagonel/ in shape or shape and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand , as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.
