Disconnecting electric supply and dismantling carefully existing old Main control panel any type with all wiring along with other connected accessories all as directed .

Note :- (i) The Controller should be compatible for run the lift G + 11 upper floors (total twelve Landings ) having cooling fan, and sufficient space for VVVF drive. (ii) Any other arrangement/alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor without any other extra cost. (iii) The control wiring shall be secured and confirmed to standing wiring practice and it should be proper fixing on wall/in duct cover with clamping, saddling etc complete. (iv) During the execution of work if any any civil /cement work Done by contractor that shall be under his own arrangement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (v) The work for supply and installation of control panel shall be executed through OEM only (vi) The contractor should be submitted to the details of fault analysis by soft copy and device.

Supply, installation and testing of full length Door sensor with power pack unit (Infra red screen IR Sensor) with wiring complete all as specfied & directed.

Supply, installation and testing of LOP for counting of floors up and down, indication mark including wiring work upto control panel complete and hall landing operating panel duplex type and masonary work if required at the time of installation , proper finishing on top of the door entrance display and including taking down old LOP all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing, testing and commissioning of COP alongwith accessories including wiring work complete, such as DO, DC, NS, Hooter all landings controls, fan switch, auto attendant switch , wiring work etc and proper finishing where from old one is removed complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of landing door ofpassenger lift, width of opening 800 mm,height of opening 2000 mm, 2 way center opening , mild steel of standard thickness with all fittings as per site requirment complete all as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of door system drive including Car Door complete with all fitting and upto running condition complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of Car Door side guard complete complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement Landing Door side guard complete complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of Car Door Bottom grips complete complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of Landing Door bottom gibs complete complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement of Car Door Header complete complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of defective pedestal bearing for U-600 and U-800 gear in replacement with pedestal bush along with CI housing as per sample including overhauling of gear box, car guide rail, Hoistway, checking of counter weight and replacement of minor patrs complete all as specified and as directed .
