Effective brooming, cleaning, scrubbing, moping, removal of cob-webs, cleaning dust / dirt from walls / floors from all roads, paths, platforms, toilet / urinal blocks, drinking water points, fittings and fixtures etc in three shifts round the clock in the premises of ISBT by deploying adequate number of Housekeeping staff and Supervisors including disposal of garbage in the dustbin and further from dustbin to approved dumping ground by using mechanical machines and mechanical transport etc to keep the hygienic condition at ISBT as per directions of Engineer-in-charge / Estate Manager. and Operation and Maintenance of public toilets (6 Nos. blocks) i.e 4 Nos. ordinary toilets block at platform A, B, C, & D and One No. old deluxe toilet and One No. new deluxe toilet, and all the urinal blocks inside the premises of ISBT, Anand Vihar including cleanliness and sanitation of all civil and electrical fittings / fixtures in good working conditions round the clock as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge/ Estate Manager. The rates are inclusive of all operations, manpower, T&P, and sanitation material etc. Note: The gents and ladies toilets and urinals use will be free of cost. a) For first six months (with manpower & T&P and per Annuxer-III)

b) For next one year and six months (with manpower & T&P and per Annuxer-III)
