Schedule 'A' Part - II (EXCAVATION, EARTHWORK AND SITE CLEARANCE) This Schedule (contains under mentioned Sl. item Nos. 2.01 to 2.04) is not prepriced by MES and the prepriced rate indicated in Col - 5 as `0.00 indicates this fact only. The tenderer is required to quote their rates in Column 6. The unit rates quoted against item Nos. 2.01 to 2.04 is deemed to be included execution of work either manually or by mechanical means.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundations, cesspits, manholes and sewage lines, etc. or for laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundations etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard rock, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, in any type of soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part - VII This Schedule is not prepriced by MES and the prepriced rate indicated in Col - 5 as `0.00 indicates this fact only.The tenderer is required to quote their rates in Column 6. This Schedule constitutes Sl. Item No. 7.01 to 7.22

COMPOUND WALL AND FENCING Razor edge concertina coil 610mm dia, consisting of sprials with sharp edged tap of 0.5mm thick, crimped to 2.6mm dia high tensile steel wire duly galvanised as per IS 4454 with scrapper barb having 51 sprials with 125 clips (when stretched to a length of 6 metre), weight of each coil shall be 8 to 9 Kg approximately) and fixed to MS frame work 'Y' shaped and placed at1.5m apart and tied with GI stapples/clips to retain horizontal including provision of necessary bolts, nuts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes in hard rock by using drill / mechanical tools, area not exc 0.10 Cum, tools getting out to a depth minimum 300 mm and grouting with Removing surplus excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Sl item Nos. 7.01 & 7.02: - (i) Site / Location of Compound Wall to be constructed on Hillock and 'No access/Approach Road' is available to some location where Compound Wall to be constructed. T & P / Materials may be required to be lifted/shifted through Head loads / on any other arrangements. (ii) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to ascertain the working conditions at site. The rates quoted shall be deemed to include considering all these site conditions and nature of works involved in the subject tender. No extra charges what so ever shall be allowed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including provision of 20mm dia rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and conduit accessories, concealed in brick masonry walls, roofs, floors etc, by means of saddles and clips etc, including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size with GI metal box) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc., including 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for one light point / fan point controlled by one 6 Amps one way modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate, provision of blank plates as per requirement etc.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions up to 50mm bore of pipe (Each cut measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of mono block pump set, 1.5HP, three phase, 415 V, with discharge capacity of 0.64 LPS, speed 3000RPM, head 40m including necessary PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 work to fix the pump set, complete all as specified and directed.
